"Nice seeing Blonde Bomber live up to the promise and talent-level many of us thought she had this summer," commented Gulfstream Park on-track host Jason Blewitt. "Nice Fort Larned filly for Arindel Farm."

The attractive gray placed in three of her first four outings, all at sprint distances. She broke through in her fifth start with a sparkling 4 1/2-length Maiden Special victory going six furlongs at Gulfstream on September 2.

Making her stakes debut in the one-mile Our Dear Peggy, Blonde Bomber broke well from post five and attended the early pace through a quarter mile in :24.96 and a half-mile in :48.30. Jockey Emisael Jaramillo gave his filly her cue midway around the far turn and she willingly assumed the lead. The pair coasted down the lane from there, greeting the wire with a 7 1/4-length advantage.

Blonde Bomber is trained by South Florida veteran Stanley Gold and races in the colors of her breeder, Arindel Farm. She's out of the mare Girl Can Rock, a daughter of the former Adena Springs champion sire El Prado.
