Another Six Figure Mucho Macho Man 2YO at OBS June

06.14.2018 -

Hip #457, a flashy Mucho Macho Man filly named Yesterday's Girl, brought $150,000 on day 2 of the annual OBS June Two-Year-Old in Training sale. She is the seventh juvenile from her sire's first crop to command six figures (from 13 sold).

Out of the Stakes-placed Jade Hunter daughter Ayres Hall, the filly breezed a quarter in :20.4, one of the fastest moves during the three breeze sessions over the OBS all-weather surface. Stetson Racing LLC signed the $150,000 ticket.

Yesterday's Girl represents a successful pinhook for Brandon Rice's RiceHorse Stable. He purchased the filly for $65,000 at last year's Fasig-Tipton October Yearling sale.

Mucho Macho Man juveniles have also commanded $625,000, $575,000, $260,000, etc. The 2013 Breeders' Cup Classic champion has already been represented by his first winner, the impressive debutante Mucho Amor at the Keenlenand Spring meeting.
